Due to the individualized nature of our items, we do not offer refunds. We kindly ask you to make your selections with care as each piece is meticulously crafted for you.
Refund Method
In the event of a manufacturing fault, we will issue a refund in the form of a voucher for the same amount that can be used for future purchases in our store. Please note that this voucher is not transferable to cash or other forms of payment.
Repairs for Manufacturing Faults
Our delicate and fragile jewelry is crafted with precision, but occasionally manufacturing faults may occur. If you encounter such an issue, please email us an image of the damaged jewelry to discuss possible repair options.
Conditions for Returns
If you are shipping a faulty item for a refund, we will process the refund upon inspecting the item, and the outgoing postage will also be refunded.
For items being returned for a refund or repair, they MUST be returned in either the original packaging or a hard case to prevent damage during transit. Items that are incorrectly packaged and subsequently damaged in transit cannot be replaced.
Please be aware that items that have been clearly worn and damaged either deliberately or by accident are not considered faulty and will not be accepted for refunds or repairs.
