At Cajal, we take pride in offering unique handmade glass jewelry, tailored to each of our customers. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we maintain a strict policy of not accepting returns for items that do not fit or are not to the customer's liking due to personal preference.
Returns for Defects or Damage
While we do not accept returns of custom products based on fit or personal preference, we guarantee the quality of our craftsmanship. Under EU consumer law, customers have the right to return products if they are defective or do not correspond to the provided description.
Process for Defective or Damaged Items
- Notification: If you believe your item is defective or does not correspond to the description, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@cajalcajal.com with a detailed description and photographic evidence of the issue.
- Assessment: We will assess your claim, and if justified, initiate the return process. This may include a request for you to return the item for inspection.
- Resolution: If the defect is confirmed, we will offer to replace the item at no additional cost or refund the purchase price. The choice will be at the discretion of the customer.
- Exclusions: Please note that our no-return policy applies in situations where the item does not fit or if the customer does not like the product for personal reasons. Each piece is made specifically for you and cannot be restocked or resold.
Legal Right of Withdrawal
Under EU law, consumers generally have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, for any reason and without justification. However, this right does not apply to custom-made or clearly personalized items.
