At Cajal, we create unique handmade glass jewelry pieces one by one. Cases where exchanges or returns are accepted include:

  • The product has arrived defective.
  • I have chosen the wrong size and would like to exchange it.
  • It is not what I expected.

You have a period of 14 days to request a return.

For a product to be considered eligible for return, it must be in the same condition as when purchased, without signs of use, and with all original packaging in perfect condition.

To initiate an exchange or return, please contact us at info@cajalcajal.com. We will assess your claim and, if justified, initiate the return process. This may include a request for you to return the item for inspection.

Returns of custom-made or personalized products are not accepted.

All our pieces are handmade, without the use of molds, so our products may contain imperfections, slight color, size, or shape variations that make each piece unique and unrepeatable. We do not offer refunds for these types of characteristics, as they are part of the design and manual finishing of our pieces. Please keep this in mind before making a purchase.


Costs of an Exchange or Return

  • The first size exchange in Spain (Peninsula) costs €3.
  • Returns of orders from Spain (Peninsula) have a cost of €4 for collection and €2 for drop-off at a delivery point.
  • Returns or exchanges of orders from the Balearic Islands cost €7.9.
  • Returns or exchanges of orders from the Canary Islands cost €9.9.
  • Returns or exchanges of orders from the European Union cost €10.
  • Returns of orders from Sweden and Finland cost €18.
  • Returns of orders from the UK, Switzerland, and Great Britain cost €33 (including tariffs and taxes).
  • Returns of orders from other countries cost €40 (including tariffs and taxes).
