At Cajal, we create unique handmade glass jewelry pieces one by one. Cases where exchanges or returns are accepted include:
The product has arrived defective.
I have chosen the wrong size and would like to exchange it.
It is not what I expected.
You have a period of 14 days to request a return once the order has been received
For a product to be considered eligible for return, it must be in the same condition as when purchased, without signs of use, and with all original packaging in perfect condition.
To initiate an exchange or return, please contact us at info@cajalcajal.com. We will assess your claim and, if justified, initiate the return process. This may include a request for you to return the item for inspection.
Returns of custom-made or personalized products are not accepted.
All our pieces are handmade, without the use of molds, so our products may contain imperfections, slight color, size, or shape variations that make each piece unique and unrepeatable. We do not offer refunds for these types of characteristics, as they are part of the design and manual finishing of our pieces. Please keep this in mind before making a purchase.
The client can choose their own courier to handle the exchange or return, or they can select one of our couriers at the prices listed below. Please note that if the client chooses the first option, Cajal will not be responsible for the package until it is in our possession.
