Once an order is placed it may take between 5 to 15 business days to be handcrafted by glass artists in our studio in Barcelona. You will receive first email with the confirmation of the purchase and a second email with the tracking number once the package has been shipped.

The cost of each shipment will be calculated automatically and will be detailed at the time of confirming the purchase so that it is always approved by the customer before confirming the payment.
The shipping price does not include any customs or duty charges that may be incurred in shipping to countries outside the European Union. Customers are responsible for these additional payment.
After delivery, it can take 24 hours to 3 days to receive your order in Spain; 2 to 5 days in the EU, and 2 to 10 days for international shipping.
Please note that no orders will be delivered on weekends or holidays. Delivery times may be affected by delays due to shipping, customs, or other external factors.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive shipping tracking information via email to obtain the most accurate delivery date.
We offer Free Shipping to the US to simplify your shopping experience. To keep our pricing fair and transparent, please note that local customs duties remain the responsibility of the customer.
Orders shipped to the United States are delivered on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. This means the recipient is responsible for all import duties, customs, and local sales taxes levied by the country of destination.
Important Note on Refusals: If a delivery is refused or canceled due to customs charges, the original shipping fees and any costs incurred for the return of the package will be deducted from your final refund.
