What exactly is changing?
All orders shipped to the United States are now subject to mandatory customs duties.
Will I have to pay these customs fees upon delivery?
No. Cajal takes care of these fees directly, so you won’t have to pay anything when your order is delivered.
Why have prices and shipping costs increased?
To cover these customs duties on your behalf, we had to slightly adjust our prices and shipping fees for orders to the United States. This allows us to guarantee a simple and transparent delivery experience, with no hidden costs.
How do I know if customs fees are included in my order?
It’s very simple: the price displayed at checkout already includes all costs (products + shipping + customs). No additional payment will be requested by the carrier.
Does this increase delivery times?
No, delivery times remain the same. Our teams continue to do their best to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible.
Why are some items not available?
Certain items are exclusive to Europe and can only be found in our stores.
Do returns from the United States also change?
No, this does not affect the return procedure, which remains the same.
All USD prices shown are inclusive of duties, and taxes payable at checkout, with no surprises upon delivery.
Under new US Government requirements, US customers may be required to share additional information to the shipping carrier (USPS) such as SSN to receive their delivery.
U.S. delivery typically takes 2–10 business days after the order is shipped from our warehouse.
